Current Affairs
Downloadable current affairs compilations are popular for a straightforward reason: they work offline, on any device, in a queue or on a commute. For a candidate whose study time is fragmented, that accessibility is worth something real.
What they do less well is serve as a revision document. A PDF covering three months is long, uniformly weighted and not organised around what you personally keep forgetting — which are exactly the properties a final-revision document should not have.

Every item is dated, read on the conducting body’s or ministry’s own site, and written with the question it becomes. Read today’s items, take the quiz, or download the month as a PDF.

Where they help
Better still
The most useful current affairs document you will have in the final month is one you wrote. Themed pages built from daily reading and filtered weekly are short, contain only what you judged worth keeping, and — crucially — emphasise what you personally kept forgetting rather than weighting everything equally. Compilations are raw material for that document rather than a replacement for it.

Yes — the link above downloads the September 2026 compilation as an A4 PDF: the month’s items grouped by topic with date, fact, source and exam angle, then the quiz with an answer key. It is generated from the same data as the daily, weekly and monthly pages, so the two never disagree, and it is updated as the month goes on. There is no sign-in and no fee; the last-six-months and yearly compilations follow as the months accumulate.
Genuinely, for accessibility. They work offline on any device, which means they get read during a commute, in a queue or in the gaps of a working day when a website would not — and for candidates with fragmented study time that matters. They are also good for catching up after falling behind, and for checking whether your daily source missed anything.
Less effectively than from your own notes. A compilation covering three months is long, weights everything equally, and is not organised around what you personally keep forgetting — which are precisely the wrong properties for a final-revision document. Themed pages you have built and filtered yourself are shorter, emphasise your actual weak points, and can be revised repeatedly in the final weeks in a way a stack of compilations cannot.
Keep permanent themed pages — schemes, appointments, indices and reports, agreements, awards, science and technology, defence — and add to them weekly from your daily reading, filtering as you go. Mark the items you keep getting wrong in quizzes, and give them more space than the ones you always know. By the final month you will have a short, personally weighted document that is genuinely revisable, which is what that month needs.
