Names of examinations and conducting bodies are used on this site only to identify the examinations that the material relates to. All trademarks and names remain the property of their respective owners.

Accuracy of examination information

Examination information on this site — dates, eligibility conditions, age limits, patterns, syllabi, marking schemes, vacancy counts and cutoffs — is compiled from official notifications and other public sources. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and to update it when notifications change.

The official notification governs

Conducting bodies revise these details, sometimes substantially and sometimes at short notice, and there is necessarily a lag before a change is reflected here. Before applying for an examination, and before acting on any date, eligibility condition, pattern detail or physical or medical standard, verify it against the current official notification. Where this site and a notification differ, the notification is correct.

No guarantee of results

We publish study material, question banks and practice tests. We do not guarantee selection, a particular score, a rank, or any examination outcome. Preparation material improves your chances; it does not determine the result, which depends on the paper, the field, the vacancy count and your own performance on the day.

Practice test scores are an indication of where you stand under practice conditions. They are not a prediction, and a cutoff is set relative to the whole field rather than to any absolute figure.

Study material and third-party content

  • Study material is written for preparation — and is not a substitute for the prescribed textbooks, official syllabus documents or professional advice in any field.
  • Errors are possible — and we correct them when they are reported. If you find one, write to us with the page URL — that is the fastest route to a fix.
  • External links — we link to official notifications and other external resources for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability.
  • Advertising and sponsored content — where any material is sponsored or promotional, it is identified as such.
  • Testimonials — where selection stories or testimonials are published, they describe individual experiences and are not a representation of typical results.

What to verify before you act, and where

Some things on this site are stable enough to rely on and some are not, and the difference is worth stating plainly rather than leaving to a general warning. The table below says which is which and names the document that actually settles each one.

Where this site and an official document disagree

The official document is correct and this site is wrong, without exception. If you find such a disagreement, it is a factual error on our part rather than a difference of opinion: please report it with the page URL and, if you have it, a link to the official source. It will be checked against that source and corrected on every page carrying the same claim.

To the extent permitted by law, Brolly Exam Prep is not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here, including decisions about which examination to apply for, eligibility, application deadlines or preparation strategy. This is why the site repeatedly directs you to the official notification: it is the document that binds the conducting body, and it is the one to act on.
