Every deadline below was read on the conducting body’s own portal. Apply days before the close — the last day is when portals slow down and no commission grants an extension for it.
The agreement
These terms govern your use of the Brolly Exam Prep website and services. By creating an account, purchasing a course or test series, or otherwise using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Brolly Exam Prep is operated as part of Brolly Academy, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. References to "we", "us" and "our" are to that operator; references to "you" are to the user of the service.
Your account
- Accurate information — you agree to give accurate information when creating an account and to keep it current.
- One account per person — accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, transferred or sold.
- Security of your credentials — you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.
- Eligibility — where you are below the age of majority, you may use the service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf.
- Suspension — we may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and will tell you why where we are able to.
Purchases and access
Where a course, test series or other paid product is offered, the price, the duration of access and what is included are stated at the point of sale, and those details form part of the agreement between us. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider, and their terms apply to the transaction itself.
- Access period — paid access runs for the period stated at purchase and ends at the close of that period unless renewed.
- Personal licence — a purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the material for your own preparation. It does not permit sharing, redistribution or commercial use.
- Changes to content — we may add to, update or correct paid material during your access period, and will not remove substantive content you paid for without cause.
- Refunds — governed by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
- Taxes — prices are stated inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at the point of sale.
Acceptable use
The material published here — study notes, question banks, mock tests, solutions and articles — is created or licensed by us and is protected by copyright. You may use it for your own examination preparation. You may not do the following.
- Copy, reproduce, distribute or publish the material, in whole or in part, in any medium.
- Share your account credentials, or provide others with access to paid material you have purchased.
- Use automated means to extract, scrape or download content from the site.
- Reverse engineer, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that disrupts it for other users.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.
Where you submit content to the service — a support message, a correction, feedback — you grant us the right to use it for the purpose of operating and improving the service. You remain responsible for what you submit and confirm that you are entitled to submit it.
Accuracy of examination information
We compile examination information — dates, eligibility, patterns, syllabi, vacancies and results — from official notifications and take reasonable care to keep it accurate. Conducting bodies change these details, sometimes at short notice, and there is a lag between a change and our reflecting it.
Always verify against the official notification
Nothing on this site is a substitute for the official notification issued by the conducting body. Before applying for an examination, or acting on any date, eligibility condition or pattern detail, verify it against that notification. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of information here that the conducting body has since changed or that was inaccurate.
Liability, changes and governing law
- No guarantee of results
- We provide preparation material and practice tests. We do not guarantee selection, a particular score, or any examination outcome, and no statement on this site should be read as such a guarantee.
- Service availability
- We aim to keep the service available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical failures and circumstances beyond our control may interrupt it.
- Limitation of liability
- To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
- Changes to these terms
- We may update these terms as the service changes or as the law requires. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms; where a change is significant we will bring it to your attention.
- Governing law and jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
