Tamil Nadu MRB Recruitment — Reading previous papers properly

The question-bank page holds question papers and keys for the Assistant Surgeon (General) 2024 examination — the subject paper and the Tamil paper — the Indian medicine officer papers of 2025 in Siddha, Ayurveda, Unani and Yoga and Naturopathy, the Physiotherapist Grade-II and Senior Analyst papers, and others, over forty documents in all. For the marks-based posts there is nothing to practise and no paper to publish.

How to use the question bank

Sit the Tamil paper first — it shows the level of the gate, and a candidate who clears it comfortably on a past paper will clear it on the day.
Work the subject paper to time — 100 questions in two hours, every question answered, then checked against the key.
Note the distribution across subjects — the Assistant Surgeon paper spreads across the MBBS curriculum; the distribution in the published paper is the best guide to the weighting.
