LNAT — Using mock tests as a measurement

A routine

  1. Take an official practice test first Untimed once to learn the question style, then timed only.
  2. Score Section A out of 42 and keep the trend The consortium publishes past average scores; the universities compare candidates against the year’s cohort.
  3. Do Section B straight after Section A The essay comes after 95 minutes of close reading, and the fatigue is part of the test.
  4. Get every essay critiqued Structure, economy and whether it reaches a conclusion; a teacher or tutor who reads argument will see what you cannot.
  5. Book to sit with a fortnight to spare A slot near the deadline may not exist at the nearest centre, and rescheduling closes two working days before.
