Strategy

Maharashtra Teaching Posts — How to prepare

From qualification to appointment

  1. Watch the council for the TET date The June 2026 test is postponed without date; the council will publish the revised date on its site and has warned against social-media rumours.
  2. Hold the TET before the next TAIT Pavitra requires the TET for classes 1 to 8 at self-certification; a TAIT score without it cannot be used for those posts.
  3. Prepare TAIT as an aptitude test No subject knowledge; speed, reasoning and language ability, in the medium chosen.
  4. Self-certify carefully on Pavitra Qualification cut-off dates apply — 14 May 2025 for education and 25 September 2025 for professional qualifications in the 2025 cycle — and a wrong claim voids the selection.
  5. Follow the rounds First list, converted round, with-interview list; grievances by e-mail within the window; document verification at the management.

Confirm the structure against your own notification

MPSC and the state’s other recruiting bodies revise schemes, ratios and dates between cycles, and the advertisement for your cycle is the document that binds. The figures here are from the latest documents on the official sites at the date checked and are labelled where they come from an older cycle.
