UPPSC RO and ARO — Using mock tests as a measurement

A routine

  1. Prelims — 200 questions in three hours A hundred and forty of general studies and sixty of Hindi vocabulary, scored at one-third off. The 2025 cut let 7,509 through from 4.5 lakh.
  2. Drafting — 100 marks in two and a half hours A précis with heading, a tabular précis of a government letter, a piece of official correspondence, twenty vocabulary items, idioms and a computer question — timed.
  3. Essay — three in three hours Six hundred words each, one from each section; forty marks a piece.
  4. Typing Twenty-five words a minute in Hindi for the assistant post; keep the certificate and the speed.
