Preparing without a notification

  1. Build the rural development syllabus as a permanent file The Panchayat Raj Act with sections, every scheme with its purpose and delivery, the rural economy of the state, local-body accounts. Revised monthly, it serves this post by either route and every other rural-administration recruitment the state runs.
  2. Keep general studies current The APPSC Paper 1 syllabus is common to every group. Preparing it for this post is preparing it for Group 2, Group 4 and the technical posts too.
  3. Watch two official pages, not one The commission’s notifications page for a Grade-IV or Group 3 notice, and the Panchayat Raj department and district portals for a Grade-V exercise. A notification for this post could come from either.
  4. Apply the commission’s own test to any notice you see A real notification has a number, a date, a vacancy table by district, a fee and a closing time, and it sits on an official portal. The commission has said in terms that schedules circulating on social media were not issued by it.

Do not pay a fee to a page that is not the commission or the department

Every "apply now" for a Panchayat Secretary recruitment found while checking this page was on a coaching or aggregator site, and none cited a notification number. The commission charges its fees through its own portal; the department ran its 2019 recruitment through the District Collectors. Any other payment page is not a route into this post.

Confirm the structure against your own notification
