Karnataka Departmental Examinations — How the paper is structured

The rules that apply across the series.

Objective papers on OMR or computerAt the commission’s discretion, session by session.
Descriptive papers in one languageWholly in English or wholly in Kannada, in a question-cum-answer booklet.
Sixty per cent exempts a paperFor two years, while the remaining papers of that examination are passed at thirty-five.
